Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Administrator to join our dynamic Nuclear Team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions within the department, supporting project management, documentation control, and communication both internally and with external stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

· Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the engineering, construction, or nuclear sectors.
· Strong understanding of project administration and document control best practices.
· Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with project management software.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

· Maintain, manage and data-input on Clark Door internal computer systems i.e. JobLogic.
· Perform regular updates on client systems i.e. Safety, Training, SQEP Records, Rasing of condition Reports etc.
· Manage and implement updates in client/customer Archibus system as and when reactive tasks and PPMs are completed.
· Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Nuclear Team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing agendas and materials.
· Oversee and maintain document control systems, ensuring that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant.
· Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, reports, and management reports, ensuring all submissions meet specified deadlines.
· Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
· Support the team in managing repairs/project/PPM timelines and deliverables by tracking progress and identifying any potential issues that may arise.
· Maintain records, including budgets, expenses, and resources, ensuring transparency and accountability.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies within the administrative framework of the Nuclear Team.
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity within the team.
