Description:

ACTIVITIES TO BE CARRIED OUT:

  • Configuration management: Oversee design changes, open-points, and interfaces.
  • Design Change Management: Pilot and coordinate technical aspects of configuration changes among stakeholders, ensuring consistency and optimization.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Resolve technical issues by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Participation in meetings: Attend and contribute to coordination meetings (modification committee, project decision meetings, etc.).
  • Progress presentation: Share progress reports, including KPI production and data analysis to support management and decision-making.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

  • Engineering Background: Experience in one or more disciplines such as nuclear safety, electrical, mechanical, systems, civil, or layout. Must have a broad engineering background and a great ability to learn.
  • Software Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Word/Excel, 3D viewers, and configuration management tools.
  • Key Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactive, influencing abilities, teamwork as well as independent initiative, multi-tasking capabilities, logical thinking, results-focused with commitment and deadline adherence.
  • Desirable Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
  • HPC Project Experience: Previous experience with the HPC project, familiar with configuration management processes and tools.
  • Nuclear Project Experience: Experience with nuclear new build projects and EPR technology specifically.
