  Colorado Springs Cardiology is a rapidly growing cardiovascular clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-focused heart care. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nuclear Technologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic imaging that directly impacts patient outcomes. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Prepare, administer, and measure radioactive isotopes for diagnostic, therapeutic, and tracer studies under physician direction. * Operate and maintain specialized imaging equipment to produce SPECT and PET scans for physician interpretation. * Perform cardiac imaging procedures to detect and assess abnormalities. * Take patient histories, explain procedures, answer questions, and ensure patient comfort and safety throughout each exam. * Calculate, measure, and document radiation dosages and radiopharmaceuticals. * Conduct quality control checks, calibrate laboratory equipment, and maintain accurate records. * Safely handle and dispose of radioactive materials in compliance with regulatory standards. * Support departmental accreditation by maintaining thorough records and assisting with compliance. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Certification and current licensure as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB or ARRT-N). * Experience with SPECT and PET imaging, especially in cardiac care, preferred. * Strong technical skills with imaging equipment and quality control procedures. * Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. * Attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance.
