As the Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will operate in one or more of the specialized, highly technical environments of Nuclear Medicine. Working with a high level of independence, you will assess patients, analyze, and interpret diagnostic data, and provide information to the Radiologist to assist in diagnosis, clinical intervention, and patient management. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) I, you will be responsible for performing a variety of nuclear medicine procedures for the diagnosis and tracking of disease and pathology. As a NMT I, you will perform Nuclear Medicine procedures as described in the department procedure manual using a wide range of equipment such as gamma cameras, computers, ECG monitors, cardiac stress equipment, and radiation safety devices.
