Nuclear Medicine Technologist – Full-Time Location: Fort Pierce, FL Schedule: Full-Time | Days, Evenings, Mixed (Rotating Weekends) Shift Options: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Pay Range: $30.34 – $42.47/hr (Based on years of experience) Overview: We are seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join a dynamic radiology team in a high-acuity acute care setting. This role performs a range of diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures utilizing ionizing radiation. You will work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment equipped with advanced medical technologies and support from experienced healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures in accordance with ALARA standards Administer radiopharmaceuticals and perform imaging studies Ensure proper use, calibration, and maintenance of imaging equipment Monitor patient conditions and reactions to medications, promptly reporting adverse events Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, films, and results Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care delivery Qualifications Required: Registered with either the ARRT (Nuclear) or NMTCB – Required Florida State Radiologic Technologist License – Required Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine – Required BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications must be obtained within 30 days of employment Benefits Include: Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and family leave Tuition reimbursement and certification assistance Employee wellness and assistance programs Life insurance and disability benefits Discount programs for travel, retail, electronics, and more Career advancement and recognition programs
