  • Decompose customer requirements and ensure full traceability.
  • Develop system architecture diagrams, interface definitions, and functional flow models specific to NUMAC implementations.
  • Collaborate with hardware and software teams to translate requirements into NUMAC configurations.
  • Review NUMAC logic diagrams, signal flow documentation, and I/O mappings.
  • Ensure redundancy, diversity, and failsafe principles are integrated into system design.
  • Prepare and maintain design specifications, interface control documents, and traceability matrices.
  • Ensure adherence to nuclear standards (e.g., IEEE 603, NQA-1, 10 CFR 50 App B).
  • Support design reviews, hazard analysis (FMEA/FTA), and resolution of technical issues.
  • Support or lead development of test procedures for FAT, SAT, and V&V activities.
  • Execute formal test campaigns, ensuring results are traceable to system requirements.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, validate logic performance, and assist with corrective actions.
  • Participate in NUMAC module integration with plant systems.
