The RN works collaboratively with clients, families, communities, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure care respects cultural values, promotes wellness, and strengthens connections to community supports and traditional healing practices. The position works collaboratively with clients, families, communities, and interdisciplinary care teams to promote holistic health, dignity, and continuity of care. Human Resources Exemption: No Education * Graduate from an approved School of Nursing Licenses * Registered Nurse (RN) Other Education and Training * Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS) Knowledge and Abilities * Demonstrated independent nursing judgment in a community-based environment * Demonstrate communication skills to create positive outcomes/build relationships * Ability to demonstrate appropriate level of professional conduct and judgement. * Current clinical knowledge and skill are required in a broad range of areas. * Knowledge in nursing process * Ability to initiate and exercise critical thinking and decision-making Other Information * Must possess a valid driver's license and have a vehicle available for work. * Travel allowance is provided.
