Current services include health information, service referral, assessment and triage for inbound callers. HealthLine 811 outbound call service is expanding and new programs are being developed. HealthLine 811 Registered Nurses work in a team environment with Social Workers and Psychiatric Registered Nurses. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience 5 years clinical experience using high levels of independent assessment skills. Recent acute care experience. Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Other Education and Training Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) Nursing diploma is acceptable Other Information Healthline 811 is a safe and clean environment.
