Active participation in the model of care that integrates quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practice, advanced technology and patient family centered care. Responsible for promoting organizational mission, vision and values by providing safe quality nursing care to clients. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience Operating room experience is preferred Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Other Education and Training Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS) Nursing diploma is acceptable Perioperative Nursing/Registered Nurses - Advanced Certificate or equivalent Other Information Applicants may be considered and if accepted be enrolled in the OR course.
