Active participation in the model of care that integrates quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practice, advanced technology and patient family centered care. Responsible for promoting organizational mission, vision and values by providing safe quality nursing care to clients. Human Resources Exemption: No Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Other Education and Training Care of the Patient with Kidney Disease training Nursing diploma is acceptable Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) Nephrology nursing certificate preferred Competencies Time management skills Basic - Organizational skills Basic - Leadership skills Problem solving skills Knowledge and Abilities Knowledge relating to the treatment of plasmapheresis and hemodialysis patients Other Information Must successfully complete dialysis training.
