Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse A $38.580 to $50.070 Travel Required: No Job Description: Under the direction of the Community Care Manager, the Home Care Nurse provides professional nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, rehabilitative, and emotional needs of the client in accordance with policy. The Home Care Nurse is in charge of nursing assessment and delivery for clients.
