The Registered Nurse A is responsible for maintaining a high standard of patient care in accordance with the vision, mission and philosophy of the SHA. As a member of the Nursing department, the Registered Nurse A has the responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive client centred care. Human Resources Exemption: No Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Licenses Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS) Valid Class 5 driver's license Other Education and Training Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable Nursing diploma is acceptable Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable Other Information Registered/eligible with College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK - CRPNS Canwood is located approximately 68 km west of Prince Albert May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives For more information on the village of Canwood please visit https://www.canwood.ca/ Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) Scheduled hours of work may be reduced during the rotation stipulated when a statutory holiday is recognized during that period.
