Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to join our healthcare team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a vital member of our medical staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the overall well-being of our community. Assess patients' health conditions and develop appropriate care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate and detailed medical records Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention Assist with medical procedures and examinations as needed Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Participate in continuing education and professional development activities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing Valid nursing licence Minimum of 2 years' nursing experience Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in medical record-keeping and basic computer skills BLS (Basic Life Support) certification In-depth understanding of infection control practices and patient care protocols Familiarity with various medical equipment and their proper usage Ability to speak Vietnamese is preferred Compassionate and patient-centred approach to healthcare Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work Adaptability and willingness to work in a diverse cultural setting Additional Information What awaits you...
