As a Nurse Advisor, you deliver on the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating an annual training plan for Nurses, PSWs, and administrative teams
  • Responsible for coordinating training of 3rd party providers
  • Responsible for tracking completion of training for all staff
  • Actively participate in presentations as a Nurse Advisor support person for potential new clients.
  • Participate with the NC team to create quality control measures, programs, tracking, policies and procedures as requested and/or identified.
  • Field calls from front line staff and/or administrative staff with respect to nursing questions or concerns and provide guidance.

Nurse Advisor Requirements

  • Resigistered nursing and in good standing with (CNO)
  • Comfortable providing education, coaching, and support to both clients and caregivers
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Willingness to use your personal phone (with our secure phone system app installed) to protect client privacy and maintain professional communication standards
