JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse’s Aide to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support and assist in delivering high-quality patient care. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in computer operation, including Microsoft Outlook or similar software for documentation purposes.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a compassionate demeanor towards patients.
  • Knowledge of acute care practices is a plus.
  • Certification as a Nurse’s Aide or completion of relevant training programs is preferred.

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions to manager.
  • Provide basic patient care, including medication administration under the supervision of in charge.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas.
  • Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with medical protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
  • Utilize computer systems for patient records management and scheduling as needed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.
