Position #: 9004793 Expected Start Date: April 13, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: Aspen Village Special Care Home City/Town: Emerald Park Department: Chronic Resident Unit Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: February 28, 2027 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Hours of Work: 149.36 hours per 4 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse B $42.040 to $52.440 Travel Required: No Job Decsription: The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Saskatchewan Health Authority.  Under the direction of the Manager, the Clinical Coordinator integrates knowledge, skill and research into the development and delivery of quality, client centered care.  The incumbent will provide visible, proactive leadership and promote the delivery of client centered care to the patients and families served by the Geriatric Services Resource Team.  In collaboration with their Manager, the Coordinator is responsible for assessing the needs of the program, its staff and clients by planning, implementing and evaluating its day to day function.  The Coordinator will use a consultative approach and research findings to provide support to health care professionals as appropriate.
