Human Resources Exemption: No Experience Minimum of three (3) years relevant long term care nursing experience Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Other Education and Training Basic Life Support Health Care Provider Certificate (BLS-HCP) Basic Cardiac Life Support Level C Certificate (BCLS) Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable Nursing diploma is acceptable Competencies Leadership skills Supervisory skills Knowledge and Abilities Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
