The Clinical Resource Nurse educates, mentors and supports unit staff, promotes patient safety, occupational health and safety and quality improvement on the unit. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience One (1) year experience in adult education Experience with planning, implementation, quality monitoring and evaluation. Three (3) years nursing experience in the specific clinical area Experience in program/resource development Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Other Education and Training Comparable degree in education/adult learning may be considered.
