The Clinical Educator is responsible for assessing learning needs of staff, planning, implementing, and evaluating education activities/programs. The Clinical Educator will use a consultative approach and research finding to provide support to health professionals as appropriate. Positions will have specific responsibilities related to specialized client needs and clinical knowledge within designated units in the Health Region. The Clinical Educator will be responsible for specific clinical areas as directed but also work collaboratively with others on the Nurse Educator Team.
