The Clinical Resource Nurse educates, mentors and supports unit staff, promotes patient safety, occupational health and safety and quality improvement on the unit. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience Five (5) years clinical experience in the specific department/area Experience in leadership Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Other Education and Training Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS) Basic Cardiac Life Support Instructor Certificate (BCLS) Nursing diploma is acceptable Knowledge and Abilities Knowledge in adult education Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
