The incumbent will provide visible, proactive leadership and promote the delivery of client centered care through identified education programming. In collaboration with their Manager, the CNE is responsible for assessing learning needs of staff, planning, implementing, and evaluating education activities/programs. The Clinical Nurse Educator will use a consultative approach and research findings to provide support to health care professionals as appropriate. Positions will have specific responsibilities related to specialized client needs and clinical knowledge within designated units/programs. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience * Three (3) years nursing experience in the specific clinical area * Experience in program/resource development * One (1) year experience in adult education * Experience with planning, implementation, quality monitoring and evaluation.
