The Clinical Resource Nurse educates, mentors and supports unit staff, promotes patient safety, occupational health and safety and quality improvement on the unit. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience Experience in Leadership Five (5) Years clinical experience in the specific department/area Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Other Education and Training Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS) Comparable degree in education/adult learning may be considered.
