The RN, AAP provides a broad range of health care services for the client and the community. The RN, AAP is responsible for the overall leadership of nursing services. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience Two (2) years nursing experience Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Licenses Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS) Valid Class 5 driver's license Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certificate (PALS) International Trauma Life Support Advanced Certificate (ITLS) Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) Knowledge and Abilities Ability to adapt to changing conditions Ability to communicate with and deal effectively with clients and their families Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team Ability to engage in community program consultation.
