These children are siblings, one being 3 years old and one being 6 years old. You will be working alongside one of these children within this role. This rewarding role centres on building a trusting relationship with the child and their family, while delivering high-quality, nurse-led care including TPN via central line, gastrostomy care, and medication management. You will play a key role in ensuring the children’s safety, comfort, and development, using your clinical skills and judgement to provide consistent, person-centred care in a warm home environment.
