Description FLSA Status: Exempt Reports To: Attorney(s) Work Arrangement: Hybrid (in-office and remote) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Nurse Consultant to support attorneys in medical-legal cases. This hybrid role involves analyzing medical records, conducting research, coordinating expert witnesses, and assisting with case preparation and trial support. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and excellent organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze medical records for completeness and relevance Identify missing documentation and additional records needed Develop clear summaries, chronologies, and timelines of medical events Provide clinical analysis and insights related to case issues Conduct research on medical literature to support case strategies Identify and collaborate with qualified medical experts Prepare expert witness materials, including summaries and case packets Coordinate and obtain medical exhibits for trial, including working with exhibit vendors Organize, label, and track radiology studies and related reports Assist with trial preparation and case development Attend physician interviews and depositions as needed Provide summaries and insights to attorneys following proceedings Why Join Us?
