Job Title: Nurse Coordinator
Location: 100% Remote (Work from Home)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM ET
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $72,000 + Shift Differential (10% for hours between 10 PM – 6 AM ET)

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking fluent multilingual Nurse Coordinators to join a remote Contact Center team. This role involves providing information and support to patients considering participation in clinical trials. You will be responsible for conducting outbound and inbound phone calls, delivering scripted information, and evaluating basic eligibility for ongoing research studies.
This is a meaningful role in which your contribution helps accelerate the development of life-changing medications.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) certification required — US-based credentials preferred.
  • Fluency in English and one of the listed languages.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a professional setting; clinical environment preferred.
  • Experience in call center or telenursing is a plus.
  • Clear, professional verbal communication skills; ability to pronounce medical terminology.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking ability.
  • Must have a quiet, professional home office setup.
  • Must have access to a high-speed internet connection (not provided or reimbursed).
  • Proficiency with online systems and digital tools.
