Locations: Pediatric Associates of Barrington – Crystal Lake 525 East Congress Parkway Suite 220, Crystal Lake, IL 60014 Pediatric Associates of Barrington – Barrington 27750 West Highway 22 Suite 150, Barrington IL 60010 ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Performs at a subject matter expert level on all nursing duties. Supports and maintains the policies, procedures and regulations of the practice. Assists in recruiting, provides training, orientation of staff, and maintains accurate staff training and competency logs including records of nursing staff licensure, CPR certifications. Creates and monitors staff schedules in accordance to the needs of the practice. Monitors patient schedules for accuracy and works collaboratively with front office team to correct errors. Works cooperatively with the office staff to ensure efficient patient flow. Is fully versed in EMR and digital health workflows and initiatives and stays abreast of changes and updates to provide staff the most accurate coaching and training. Orders supplies and equipment, trains staff to maintain accurate PAR levels and assists the Practice Manager in arranging repair and maintenance of equipment; maintains inventory logs. Communicates with the Practice Manager on the status of clinic operations and staff performance. Models and supports PediaTrust Core Values and coaches others to do the same. ADDITIONAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Provides coaching and training for clinical problem-solving. Meets with vendors and non-PediaTrust representatives at the direction of the Practice Manager. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job duty satisfactorily.
