Nurse Coordinator/RN - Urology - Queens Medical Group As a Nurse Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care while supporting a team of urology providers. From performing in-office procedures to educating patients and managing clinical staff, you’ll help ensure every patient receives timely, high-quality patient centered care. Key Responsibilities: Performs procedures and provide direct nursing care and patient education for pre- and post-operative urology patients. Assist with medical documentation, including forms, medication appeals, and supply orders. Oversee Medical Assistants and LPNs; coordinate provider schedules and patient follow-up to ensure continuity of care. This is a full-time day shift position, Monday - Friday. Shift could change based on operational needs. Located in downtown Flushing. Preferred Criteria At least 3-5 years of RN experience Experience working in busy primary care or other outpatient practice Bilingual - Korean speaking EPIC EMR experience Required Criteria Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) New York State RN License BCLS Certification (American Heart Association) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
