We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Full-Time 3rd Shift Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our healthcare team in our 80-bed, five-star facility. This vital role involves providing high-quality, personalized care to our Sisters, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This is more than a job; it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our Sisters. This full-time role is scheduled for 32 hours per week and operates on a 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. shift, including rotating weekends and holidays. Applicants must be willing and able to commit to this schedule in order to be considered. Requirements Responsibilities: Provide hands-on nursing care and assist in implementing individualized care plans for residents. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies. Monitor Sisters conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising RN and physician. Supervise and support STNAs, ensuring quality care and teamwork. Communicate effectively team members. Uphold our mission and values through compassionate, faith-based service. Qualifications: Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio. Previous experience in long term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
