Description Salary up to $90,000/ year based upon experience and licensure $5000 sign-on bonus RN or LPN Required Monticello, IL Onsite Patient Population older adults ages 65 and above. Responsibilities: Lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population.
