JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for facilitating improved nursing practice and quality patient care through the role of educator, practitioner, consultant, and researcher. Responsible for collaborative implementation and evaluation of organizational development solutions including performance management, cultural and work environmental assessment, organizational effectiveness, organization design, and quality initiatives. Working as a trusted advisor to all levels of management associates, utilizes appropriate models, tools, and systemic approaches to drive initiatives that enhance organizational performance. Assures current evidence-based practices are implemented within the cardiovascular service line to promote quality in the care of the cardiovascular patient. Areas of responsibility include CVICU, 4N – Cardiovascular Unit, 4W – Interventional Holding/Observation Unit, and other CV related units as assigned.

EDUCATION:

Bachelors of Nursing required - Masters of Nursing preferred
