JOB SUMMARY

A Registered Nurse in Nursing Professional Development Generalist role uses expertise to enhance healthcare methods for learners. They improve patient outcomes and their techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least (2) two years of pertinent experience is essential.
  • (RN) Registered Nurse license and (BLS) Basic Life Support certification. If not BLS certified yet, they must obtain it within (30) thirty days of hire.
Responsibilities
  • You will create and assess professional development programs aligned with current methodologies to promote ongoing learning.
  • You’ll identify the needs of our staff, work closely with various teams, and modify educational material to suit those needs.
  • You will help implement education plans. You will create a positive environment to reach our goals.
  • You’ll design and assess educational activities and projects. You’ll engage team members and implement evidence-based content.
  • Use reliable methods to evaluate program outcomes. Involve learners in evaluation and adjust material based on data collected.
  • You’ll build relationships with various community education programs and weave ethics through all aspects of your educational practice.
