The Clinical Educator is responsible and accountable for assessing educational needs, planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs, conferences, and in-services. He/She assists with quality improvement activities and assessing the implementation of age and culturally appropriate care programs. He/She assists in staff development and team building activities. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. 3 years Experience in health care education.
