The program is designed to serve entry level students currently enrolled in an accredited registered nursing program. Responsibilities
The Nurse Extern works collaboratively with the patient care team to provide direct, hands-on patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. They are responsible for documenting patient care and monitoring or communicating patient conditions to the supervising RN.
