Description

The Registered Nurse provides services in an acute care, ambulatory, home care, or long term care setting. Provides care for patients with acute, chronic, and/or terminal illnesses. Performs an assessment of care needs based on the patient's diagnosis, reason for entry into system, and care needs. Utilizes the nursing process to plan, perform, delegate, and evaluate the delivery of nursing care. Participation includes interdisciplinary team, committees, program evaluations, research, education, and the supervision of students. Fortaleza Graduate of School of Nursing. Current RN license. Current BCLS Certification. BSN preferred. Minimum of 1 year current experience in area of specialty preferred. Able to communicate clearly and effectively. Able to effectively present ideas. Demonstrates leadership experience.
