Depending on licensure and training, Nurse Practitioners may also support advanced treatments and post‑procedure follow‑ups. Specific responsibilities, schedules, and scope will vary based on practice needs and provider experience. Core Responsibilities (May Include) * Performing injectable aesthetic treatments in accordance with CAPS’ clinical standards * Conducting consultations, health histories, and detailed treatment documentation * Reviewing and executing personalized treatment plans with accuracy and safety * Collaborating with clinical leadership on operational and growth initiatives * Participating in internal and vendor‑led training to support skill advancement * Managing patient care plans, follow‑ups, and rebooking for optimal outcomes * Maintaining OSHA, infection control, and safety standards * Contributing to departmental meetings and continuous improvement efforts * Providing compassionate, professional, and ethical patient care ---------------------------------------- Qualifications & Experience * Active RN or NP license in the state of Ohio (required) * Significant hands‑on injection experience in a medical or aesthetics setting * Advanced proficiency with neuromodulators and dermal fillers * Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills * Commitment to patient safety, ethics, and high‑quality outcomes * Team‑oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail ---------------------------------------- Compensation & Benefits Compensation and benefits vary based on experience, position, and full-time and part-time status.
