Candidates must be able to: * Stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift * Assist residents with mobility and activities of daily living as needed * Safely lift up to 50 pounds * Operate mechanical lifts and clinical equipment safely and effectively * Maintain visual acuity and physical stamina necessary to deliver quality resident care
