Your compensation

At JKB, we combine the advantages of a small, family-run hospital with fair compensation – we also pay according to the collective agreement for the public sector (TVöD). Your salary classification will be based on your previous professional experience.

TVöD-K (P7): Approx. €3,305* - €4,066* and an annual special payment between approx. €2,800* - €3,446*
Time-based supplements according to TVöD-K: 20% for night and Saturday shifts from 13:00, 25% for shifts on Sundays, 35% for shifts on public holidays and on December 24th/31st, and a shift allowance (€40* or €155*).
Allowances according to TVöD-K: Monthly care allowance (€133.80*) and a general TVöD allowance (€25*)
In addition to the TVöD-K (Collective Agreement for Public Service Employees): On-call shifts (150 €* - 200 €*) - easily coordinated via app
These amounts are gross figures based on the monthly salary of a qualified nursing professional in the above-mentioned areas working full-time.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Surgery who provides expert care to patients, treating them with sensitivity, openness, and empathy, while also being attentive to their families. Reliability and teamwork are essential in our multidisciplinary team. We also enjoy what we do – so if you feel the same way, you'd be a great fit!

We need from you: A completed training as a qualified health and nursing professional / health and nursing professional / nurse / nursing specialist / nursing specialist / geriatric nurse / geriatric nurse as well as proof of the legally required immunization against measles.
