SHIFT/SCHEDULE: Full time days, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; no weekends or holidays and no on-call

JOB SUMMARY

As a Ambulatory Nursing Manager you will also focus on ensuring the clinical specialty program runs efficiently and cost-effectively. Handles policies execution, budget oversight, quality enhancement measures, and organizes educational programs to meet departmental and company goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Have a minimum of (3) three years’ experience in this field
• Are licensed as Registered Nurses
• Must already have Basic Life Support certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role.

• You’ll coordinate patient care, promote evidence-based practices, conduct research, and advocate for patients, families, and staff.
• You’ll manage department operations, including budgeting and staffing. Your role will also focus on ensuring the clinical specialty program runs efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Accountable for supportive work environment for nursing team.
• Emphasizes top-notch nursing practices and ensures safe space for patients, families, and staff.
