Description Heartline Staffing, Strategic Talent Partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager – Behavioral Health to lead day-to-day nursing operations within an acute care hospital Behavioral Health unit. This Nurse Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Behavioral Health Nursing Department through effective utilization of self, shift House Supervisors, and Charge Nurses. The role ensures safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in behavioral health nursing. The Nurse Manager provides leadership, oversight, and coordination of nursing staff, supports clinical excellence, and fosters a collaborative and accountable team environment. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary Range: $100,000 – $145,000 • Relocation Assistance: Approved by HR • Schedule: Full-time Requirements • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nursing Manager, Supervisor, or Clinical Team Lead • Behavioral Health leadership experience required within an acute care hospital setting • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of employment start date • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention required within 30 days of employment start date Heartline Staffing is a Strategic Talent Partner with Purple Cow Recruiting.
