We are currently seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager for the Brain Injury unit! If you have strong interpersonal skills that promote employee engagement, have exceptional leadership skills that foster department and interdisciplinary teamwork and productivity, and want to make a difference, we want to meet you! Responsibilities: The Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager position is responsible for the coordination and delivery of nursing care in a brain injury unit. The successful candidate will have the support of charge nurses, an Assistant Unit Manager, an Assistant Director of Nursing, and an array of internal departments! Qualifications: * Registered Nurse License with current registration in New York State * Possess a minimum of 3 - 5 years related experience in a health-care facility. * A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience. * Exceptional leadership skills that foster department and interdisciplinary teamwork, morale and productivity. * Strong verbal, written interpersonal skills that promote employee engagement with supervisors, peers and subordinates.
