Job Title: Nurse Manager Location: Santa Clara, CA Work Mode: Onsite Timings: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Job Summary Responsible for managing patient care delivery, clinical operations, and staff within a 24/7 healthcare environment, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and safe patient care while leading teams and supporting operational goals. Key Responsibilities Oversee patient care delivery and clinical operations across assigned units Lead, supervise, and develop nursing staff and ensure appropriate staffing Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and healthcare policies Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes Manage resources including staff, equipment, and supplies Handle patient care issues, escalations, and quality improvement initiatives Monitor performance, implement process improvements, and ensure operational efficiency Support budgeting, staffing, and administrative functions Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – California Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Minimum 5 plus years of experience in patient care delivery or clinical healthcare Minimum 4 plus years of leadership experience Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
