Perioperative Services & Cath Labs
Our Cath Lab is an integral part of Cabrini’s Perioperative Services, a state-of-the-art and expanding facility. As part of our growth, we are adding four additional cutting-edge operating theatres and an additional cath lab commencing construction in May 2025 for completion early 2026.
Supporting over 300 procedures each month, our Cath Lab is technology-driven, patient-focused, and designed for excellence. With advanced Interventional, Electrophysiology (EP), and Structural Heart capabilities, we are committed to providing the highest standard of cardiac care in a collaborative and innovative environment.

How you will make an impact

  • Be a key stakeholder in the build and development of our new state-of-the-art Cath Lab
  • Lead a high-performing team delivering Interventional, EP, and Structural procedures
  • Drive innovation and best practice in a well-established and mature program
  • Lead a team with a ‘can do’ culture that engages and develops strong working relationships with our Cardiologists

About You

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Victorian Working with Children Check
  • Strong leadership skills in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting
  • Experience in interventional, EP or structural heart procedures
  • A commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centred care
  • A vision for team development and service expansion
  • Ability to work within the Mission and Values of the organisation
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for participation in a team environment
  • Excellent customer service focus and communication skills
