Location: This position is based in Sarasota, FL. Your Role as a Clinical Nurse Manager, RN: * Supervise home health services to ensure patients receive high-quality care as prescribed by physicians. * Review clinical documentation to ensure compliance with Medicare, Federal, Insurance, and Company guidelines. * Follow and enforce Agency policies and procedures to set a strong example for the team. * Maintain compliance with accepted professional standards, principles, and Standard Operating Procedures. * Stay up to date on all relevant guidelines, policies, and protocols to support quality care. Qualifications * Unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license (required) * Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required) * Minimum of two (2) years RN experience in acute care, med/surg, ICU, or ER settings (preferred) * At least one (1) year of skilled home health experience with demonstrated proficiency in Medicare OASIS documentation (required) * Strong knowledge of home health regulations, clinical compliance, and quality standards * Willingness to travel locally as needed to support clinical operations Why Choose Covenant Home Health Care & Concierge Home Care?
