About the role As the Nurse Manager of the Day Oncology Unit, you will provide clinical leadership and strategic oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care across the entire treatment journey. You will be responsible for guiding best practice in patient education, chemotherapy administration, clinical assessment, and care coordination, while driving continuous improvement initiatives and service excellence. Working in close partnership with a multidisciplinary team, you will foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and an exceptional patient experience. Key responsibilities Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary health care team. Delivering care to patients to meet Cabrini’s organisational goals. Demonstrating attention to the needs of the patient and family to maintain privacy, dignity and confidentiality. Work respectfully within the team to deliver excellent patient care within the framework of the Cabrini Mission and Values.
