As the Demand Management Unit Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of safe, effective, and timely care across a complex hospital system.

You will work closely with the Executive Team and key stakeholders to influence service care decisions, optimise patient flow, and ensure appropriate transfer of care.
