Description GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES Provides and coordinates professional nursing care for Hematology Oncology Associates patients receiving therapy following established standards and practices. Collaborates with all clinical leadership to ensure safe patient care delivery. Manages all nurse navigation roles. SUPERVISION RECEIVED Reports directly to the Director of Nursing. SUPERVISION EXERCISED Supervises activities of RN’s and LPN’s in the infusion center and evaluates adherence to established policies and procedures. Experience: Oncology Nursing, Oncology NP/PA or Management Experience Preferred Licensing: NYS Registered Nurse License, NYS NP/PA/Pharmacist Oncology Certification Preferred
