This is a leadership opportunity within a high-acuity ICU setting supporting complex neuro and trauma patients. POSITION OVERVIEW The Nurse Manager (Clinical Nurse Coordinator) is responsible for overseeing unit operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and leading nursing staff within the Neuro Trauma ICU. This role focuses on coordination, staff support, patient flow, and maintaining clinical excellence during assigned shifts.
