Job Title: Nurse Manager II – Operating Room Location: San Francisco, CA Onsite Salary: USD $2,39,000 – $2,59,000 / yr What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day operations of the Operating Room to ensure safe, high-quality patient care Inspire, mentor, and develop nursing teams and emerging leaders Drive performance through KPI tracking (quality, safety, efficiency) Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and all regulatory standards Optimize staffing, scheduling, and resource utilization Manage departmental budgets and support cost-efficiency initiatives Champion patient safety and continuous quality improvement programs Collaborate with physicians and cross-functional teams for seamless care delivery Support strategic initiatives and long-term operational goals What You Bring Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required (MSN preferred) Active California RN License BLS Certification 5+ years of patient care experience in acute care 4+ years of leadership experience Strong Operating Room (OR) experience in a hospital setting Why Join Us?
