JOB SUMMARY

As Nursing Manager, level 2 RN, you shape a positive team environment, ensure high-quality nursing practices, teamwork, and patient safety. You create plans, implement policies, manage resources, oversee finances, and manage quality improvement efforts. Arrange educational programs to meet goals and act as caregiver when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • A minimum of three years’ professional experience is required for this role.
  • RN licensed.
  • You also need Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days on the job.

  • Formulate and communicate a clear vision for nursing practices within your area of responsibility.
  • Involve supervisory and other staff in setting and accomplishing departmental goals.
