ABOUT THE ROLE
The team at Cobar are looking for their next great to leader to help them deliver on their vision to build healthier rural people and thriving communities.You will be managing and supervising staff and clinical nursing practice with a focus on optimal patient outcomes and professional growth for staff. Other duties include case management, treatment planning, recruitment, budgeting, scheduling, mentoring and developing educational plans.
You’ll be a role model to uphold policies and professional standards practices with staff to deliver evidence based best-practice and safe care. You’ll also be an advocate for our organisational change processes to continuously improve nursing care delivery.
This is level 1 position so is suited to a nurse that wants to take the next step in their management career. You will have extensive post graduate experience and relevant post-graduate qualifications in management or a willingness to do so within 12 months.
